dufus : did u try change ur SIM card with another family member's and see if it persists?

dufus : since its an old SIM card why not try changing?

azri : err wot difference does that make? i just told you the problem persists

dufus : ok.. then after you change still cannot is it?

dufus : then its not the SIM card then, maybe its the phone

azri : thats what ive been telling you.. can you kinda reformat it for me i dont mind since the memory has been purged

dufus : but sir if we do that then all the things you save will be gone you know?

azri : i just said that.. nvm.. just do the reformating can? and when can i pick it up?

dufus : sir the reformatting needs to be reprogrammed and usually it takes up to 1 week

azri : 1 week?!! jus to reformat and reprogramme?.. my laptop only takes 5hrs

dufus : but this is more complicated sir, cos we have to troubleshoot and see if its really the phone problem or the SIM

6ix : look.. i am a busy person.. ive tried my SIM on my dads phone and my SIM worked, but when i put my dad's SIM into my phone the problem persists.. just out of curiosity i put my dad's SIM into my mom's phone and it worked and when i put my mom's SIM into my phone the problem is still there, so i put my SIM into my mom's phone and then my dad's SIM into my phone and it worked for my SIM which was in my mom's phone but my dad's SIM didnt work cos it was in my phone.. u want me to try with your SIM? cos all that only took me 10mins and if you're telling me that this reformatting is gonna take 1 week.. you better have a good reason and explain to me exactly why is it taking so long
